Greetings to you and your good office. We, the Cerebral Palsied Association of the Philippines, Inc. are about to celebrate our 10th year anniversary on September 21, 2003 at Marikina Sports Complex from 9 am onwards.
In line with this, we would like to ask for any form of assistance from your kind and generous hearts, it may be in cash or in kind that you could extend to us in pursuing this endeavor.
Together let us continue our organization's mission of advocacy and building a bright future for our CP fellowmen.
