Dear Fellow Lourdesians,

Pax et Bonum!

Our 20th Anniversary Reunion was a success. With about 60 batchmates in attendance, we were the most represented class next to the Jubilarians. We could only wish that our brothers/sisters abroad and in the provinces were one with us on an occasion such as this.

We hope that our online venues — our groupmail and website — served their purpose of helping consolidate us in preparation for the event. After all, it was through this medium that we were able to establish communication with over 40% of our batch, both here and abroad, within less than a year.

We wish to thank every member of our groupmail and everyone visiting this website for making it all possible. Maraming salamat sa inyong lahat.

However, this is only the beginning. Reestablishing contacts with people we grew up with and seeing them for a day is not the ultimate goal of this whole endeavor. Our very own baby, the Batch 82 Foundation, promises more activities ahead of us in the years to come. A lot more can still be done as we approach our Jubilarian year in 2007.

In the meantime, we are banking on your continued support. As a batchmate once said, "Sinu-sino pa ba ang magtutulungan kundi tayu-tayo din?" Let us all join hands and make 2007 truly a year to remember.
